Vremena Goda is a comfort class residential complex located in a historic Admiralteyskiy District of Saint Petersburg, just two minutes on foot from Frunzenskaya subway station. The building seamlessly fits the existing surrounding urban landscape and perfectly suits a modern city family which tends to live in the center of a metropolis but in a cozy, green and secure place. Comfortable living is a natural wish of any person and here everything is thought out to the smallest detail: the Complex boasts various apartment layouts (27-132 sq. m), heated underground parking, large and green yard, landscaped territory with playgrounds and sports grounds, two kindergartens, baby stroller storage areas, stores, various services and many other things.
The Vremena Goda Residential Complex is a group of four symmetrically located buildings (14–19-storeys). Each building has its individual design, but all of them have the same recognizable style, with facades in pastel pilasters and colors, which is traditional for Saint Petersburg, decorated cornices, pilasters and rustics. Lower floors of the buildings will be cladded with natural stone, which will emphasize its respectable look and the originality of the residential complex exterior. In addition, the project envisages an individual design of lobbies and stained glass glazing of the entrance doors. Each elevator lobby will have a baby stroller storage area which is a very valuable feature for families with small children.
The house is built using a modern brick and monolithic building technology. Your apartment will be peaceful and quiet thanks to thick walls separating apartments (400 mm), triple-pane windows, glazed recessed balconies and soundproof metal entrance doors. High ceilings of up to 3.6 meters will allow you to create a unique interior, for example, integrating a huge chandelier in the space of a room.
All apartments of the project are commissioned in a condition better prepared for finishing, which will allow the new residents to begin decoration and final furnishing of their homes at an earlier stage. Also buyers can choose apartments in the move-in-ready condition, with smoothed and leveled surfaces and with walls plastered and prepared for final painting. The benefits of such an option are obvious: the developer does not hard sell buyers its standard finishing solutions, and your costs for finishing before moving in will be minimized.
The Complex has all necessary equipment to guarantee security of the residents: closed-in courtyard, a 24-hour video surveillance to control the area of the residential complex and its underground parking, an automated fire alarm system and an intercom system which at your request can be easily converted into another internal video surveillance system.
Comfortable living in the Vremena Goda is guaranteed by sophisticated and carefully thought out engineering solutions. The Complex will have its own boiler room that will eliminate most troubles relating to hot water supply failures during summer. In addition, the Complex will have an advanced water filtering and metering system. Thus, all apartments will be equipped with individual automated hot and cold water metering devices, as well as electric meters and steel heating radiators with heat regulators. Individual heat metering devices and equipment for connection to a digital phone line, cable TV and broadband Internet will be installed in hallways on each floor of the building. Every section of the Complex will be equipped with two OTIS elevators with capacity of 630 and 1000 kg respectively and with a local dispatching system. The elevators can go down to the underground heated parking, which will allow the residents to get to the parking right from the door of their apartments and will make it easy to bring stuff up to apartments.
