The Savelovskiy City multi-use complex consists of six buildings that have varying number of storeys. The construction is conducted in two stages. The first one includes two 19-storey office towers and a spacious parking zone for up to 948 cars. Within the scope of the second stage it is planned to construct two additional office towers and two 46-storey buildings with apartments the total area of which will amount to 66.7 thousand sq. m.
The architectural concept of the complex was designed by SPEECH Choban & Kuznetsov, a famous Moscow studio. The concept is based on vertical centerpieces. The same concept was used in construction of skyscrapers of Chicago in the twenties of the last century. The Savelovskiy City complex integrates modern engineering technologies into their architectural solutions; the complex will have a sprinkler fire extinguishing system, high speed Schindler elevators, fiber-optic line with the capability to connect with leading service providers and many other things.
Multi-use complex Savelovskiy City boasts a unique selection of studios, one-, two- and three-room apartments with varying floor plans. The apartments are from 34.6 to 67.7 sq. m. All two- and three-room apartments have at least four windows and some one-room apartments have three windows.
