Club House on Sretenka is a residential 67 apartment development in a historical area of Moscow. The building architect is Tsimaylo, Lyashenko and Partners. The Complex perfectly blends with the surrounding historical area and does disharmonize with the rest of the city estates and mansions of old the Moscow. The premium status of the House on Sretenka is emphasized by its laconic and stylish façade that features inserts of man-made material that is pigmented and shaped to resemble stone or wood, it will also have elegant French balconies and multiple wooden window frames.
